Sometimes I just get a little overwhelmed. I know I’m not alone.
All the things that need to be done in any given day. And the ever feeling of busy. From the kids, to work, to house, to work.. we all wear a lot of hats.
Did you know being still, being bored is good for our mental health? We need to just stop. Assess.
And remember.
Remember what your capable of, remember what you’ve overcome. Remember your purpose.
Being still is good for us.
It renews the mind.
It soothes the soul.
